We feel that it is our responsibility (privilege) to lead people to faith in Jesus Christ and to help them grow together as his followers.

The Refuge is becoming a place of worship full of people who are passionate about reaching out to share the grace and love of Christ with other people who need to experience God’s grace. We are inspired in finding practical expressions to give hope to people who need to know Christ. We are concerned about people, that includes you the reader.

The Refuge is becoming a church full of people dedicated to growing in Christ as part of a community of believers who share the same purpose. We are active passionate worshipers. We are devoted to prayer and are committed to personal purity (Holiness). We are committed to each other as believers in the church and are all about meaningful relationships.

We desire that The Refuge be a place of hope for hurting people – for people suffering from guilt; for people who are social outcasts or are suffering from poverty; for people who are facing personal trials; for people struggling with destructive habits; for people in search of personal significance.
